Extra Curricular Activities

Opportunities outside the curriculum play a vital part of Academy life. We believe an important part in the development of our young people is having the opportunity to try new activities. We aim to challenge every child and channel their energy and enthusiasm so it becomes experience and knowledge.Lunchtime and after-school clubs include musical, sporting, cultural and linguistic activities. Work experience, study visits abroad, musical performances, plays and outdoor pursuits are just a sample of what else is on offer. We ensure life at Newcastle Academy is stimulating, varied and requires full participation.
