We sincerely hope that you would not have any cause to raise a formal complaint. Your first point of contact for any issues arising on a day to day basis would be your child’s form tutor and we encourage direct contact as soon as you have any concerns. However, if you have a serious issue which cannot be resolved and you wish to raise a formal complaint, please see the attached documents which outline our procedure.
