‘We are incredibly proud to have been awarded the Carnegie Mental Health Award. At Newcastle Academy we take the mental health and well-being of students and staff very seriously and understand the consequences that lack of provision in this area can have. We have trained mental health first aiders for both students and staff and ensure that services are in place to maintain a positive environment for all.’
