Curriculum Roadmaps

To give pupils an indication of their curriculum journey for each subject over their five years at Newcastle Academy, each subject area has produced a Curriculum Roadmap.  These can be found outside of classrooms and in pupils’ books.  The roadmaps can also be found through the links below.  These roadmaps give an outline of the topics / units / content that pupils will experience over the five years.  The roadmaps also include GCSE/BTEC years, so pupils can see how their journey in 7,8 or 9 link to an examination subject.

 

Please bear in mind that curriculums will evolve over a year as pupils progress so adjustments may be made.
